icon_thread.jpgWas it good for you?

I had a blast. It was a great party! I've only been to a handful of Georgia JJ Dinners but this one was the best ever. The music and the balloons were a great fesitve touch. Many kudos to Brandon and team for putting together an excellent event. Edwards was terrific. Shirely was great. Best moment for me was the awards to all the hard working Democratic "lifers". Congrats all around! And, last but not least, many thanks to our live blogger. Check out the photos in the post below!

What did you think?

I'm glad everyone had a good time and most importantly - the dinner was a success.

Thanks for the updates.

I couldn't make it this time, hopefully next year.

High Fives all around for everyone's hard work to make this dinner a fun and successful event..

BTW: this pictures are great, you all looked Mah'volus!

I had a blast too!!

I just want to gush on about this a little more.

I've hated every J-J Dinner I've ever attended and usually spend the day afterwards feeling depressed and discouraged. Today I feel totally jazzed. It was the best Democratic event I've ever attended.

The speaker, venue, balloons, music, crowd, food, lighting, awards and energy in the room were all wonderful. I'm proud to be a Georgia Democrat today.

Thank you to everyone involved for putting on an event that made us all feel like winners instead of losers, for the first time in years.

fun, fun, fun!! The pictures are wonderful Mel. Great shirt!!

Thanks to Labor for bailing us out of really really bad table (no forks, salad or tea or about anything else) and putting us up near the front with 13th CD folks!

Great event! Seats at my table from the Cobb County Democratic Party got snagged by a few other folks, forcing myself and another couple to seek out another table. At around 7:20, thank goodness the gracious hosts the North Fulton came to our rescue. A good time was had by all, actually had a better seat, and got to chat with Senator Edwards and even be in a photo or two. My daughter got to be one of the Young Democrat Ambassadors, and had a great time, as well. All-in-all: a great evening.

If you saw a lady in a purple outfit beaming from ear-to-ear, that was me...Brandon's Mom! I couldn't have been prouder of him, and all of those who helped him make the Democratic Event a TOTAL SUCCESS! The food was delicious, the decorations were colorful, the music was delightful, and the Guest Speaker was unbelievable! THANKS BRANDON! LOVE, MOM
