Apparently this is old news to people in the know, but I was quite surprised when I received this e-mail from Pat Pullar a couple of hours ago:

Hello Democrats,

As you probably have heard, I have submitted my resignation to the DPG/DNC effective September 30, 2007..Please add my personal email address for future use: I will be working on some special projects and would like to stay in touch with my fellow democrats. I will only say that I wish Ms. Pullar the best in her "special projects". I really hope this means that Virgilio will now be fully in charge of the affirmative action committee and the implementation of the delegate selection plan.
