Bob Roche Wins Doraville City Council Race. AWESOME!
Bonnie Byrd Gardner appears to have not made the runoff. . . sad.
Reichert is the new Mayor of Macon.
&
Former State Rep Ron Borders appears to be losing his bid for Valdosta Mayor.
Democrat Beshear is the new Gov of KY - woohoo! And the other hottie, Gavin Newsom is still mayor of San Fran.
Have at it for others...

Whoa what happened in Valdosta? I thought Borders was considered the front runner?
That Macon result is insane. Hahaha.
First person to post Statesboro results gets a gold star. SUCK IT Ernie Fletcher, woooo Bob Roche, and I hope as many assclowns as possible lost their respective elections nationwide.
Way to go Bob! Very sorry about Bonnie. She's a great candidate who should run again. Even though Donya Sartor lost her Jonesboro City Council race by only 45 votes (!), she ran a fantastic campaign. I hope we haven't seen the last of her either.
Ok, fine, I'll take my *own* gold star: http://www.statesboroherald.com/news/article/6523/. Looks like the GA Southern kids fell a little short, but they made a difference anyway.
Another State Senate flips - Virginia Democrats picked up 4 seats to the Repubs 0. Democrats now control the State Senate 21-19. However, one seat is too close to call, 91 votes, it would be a Democratic pickup.
Democrats also picked up 4 on the house side but the repubs picked up 1 so the net gain for the Democrats is 3. That puts them within stricking distance with the house split 56-44.
Great news about Virginia and Kentucky!
And Teresa Carr Deni is still a judge in Pennsylvania. :(

Democrats took bact the State Senate in Mississippi as well. I hear they also added to their majority in the state house as well.
Maine and New Jersey also increased their Majorities.
I saw something from the DLCC last night about the various state house moves.
PA Dems got control of their Supreme Court too.
