If you aren't yet quite sure how insane Tom Cruise is, just watch these videos of him promoting Scientology.

Stanford law Professor Lawrence Lessig to give his last copyright talk EVAH!

It's hard out there for a citizen journalist.

Google throws a party, and invites the whole Internet.

Chris Matthews, of MSNBC and misogyny fame, apologizes to Hillary Clinton for just one of his many offensive remarks.

The Google party was pretty funny, especially the part about Snopes being a buzzkill.

The Matthews story is a good example of what progressive groups can do when they focus. I've been watching it all week.

Media Matters started the ball rolling by sending out compilations of Matthews' ugly remarks about Clinton. The email included contact info for NBC execs. By the next day the story was on Salon, HuffPo and others internet news sources. By the following day, many blogs had picked it up, along with other orgs like NOW who sent emails to members.

Throughout, Matthews refused to apologize, until the NBC execs realized it was becoming sort of a firestorm.

Now there are over 500 MSM reports about his apology. It's funny to think it all started with one mass email and four days later Matthews threw in the towel.

By the way, the Scientology videos have all been pulled from the web. CNN and MSNBC are still playing them though.

Damn, I guess I'll quit complaining about having to get releases signed!

if you haven't seen the South Park and Scientology episode, do it.

They accurately show the beliefs of scientology (saving you tons of money) and you would laugh if it wasn't real.

Watched one of the Tom Cruise Scientology videos, yup, just slowly back away and whatever you do, don't make eye contact. He doesn't sound any crazier than the people on channel 57 or the local networks on Sunday morning.

I saw the "Passion of the Christ" South Park last night. Totally awesome crazy celeb action.
