House Judiciary subcommittee sidelines two anti-abortion measures.

[Wednesday] The panel voted to table HR 536, Rep. Martin Scott’s attempt to overturn the Roe v. Wade decision, and killed HB 1, Rep. Bobby Franklin’s bill that would outlaw all abortions and make it a criminal offense for doctors to perform the procedure.
