Huckabee wins West Virginia!

icon_ballot.gifA political move gives him the win.

Second ballot antics worked in Governor Huckabee's favor today.

Romney led after the first round of voting, but he didn't have enough support to win the state's 18 delegates. After the first ballot, Romney had 41 percent, Huckabee had 33 percent, McCain had 15.5 percent, and Ron Paul had 10 percent, according to the Gazette.

Senator McCain's representative urged their supporters to support Huckabee on the second ballot to avoid a win for Romney. And it worked: Huckabee 52%: Romney 48%; McCain 10%.

Fun. Fun. Fun. I love watching the GOP in disarray!

CORRECTION: Huckabee 52% and Romney 48%. McCain reportedly got 10 votes. Sorry 'bout that.
