icon_music.gifDon't miss American Masters this week.

My perfect Sunday includes listening to the replay of Bob Edwards Radio at noon on WABE. Today I was pleasantly surprised to hear an hour-long interview with progressive icon, Pete Seeger. Most think of Mr Seeger as a folk singer, but his contribution to the progressive movement of the past 75 years cannot be ignored.

The PBS series American Masters this week features a Norman Lear (another progressive icon) produced program tracing Mr Seeger's life and contributions, Pete Seeger: The Power of Song. So, tune in (or set your DVR/Tivo) for Wednesday evening. In the Atlanta metro area it's on Wednesday 2/27 at 10:00 PM on Channel 8.

Between now and then check out the podcast of Bob Edwards' interview. It's riveting...
