  • If bumper stickers are any indication, Obama will win the Vinings area (ha!).

If yard signs are any indication, Ron Paul is going to blow out Bartow County.

  • I've been hearing from other YDs that the lines at the polls are chock full of young people. Anyone else experiencing that at the polls? My precinct was a good mix, and if body language is an indicator, several first time voters.

The Oak Grove area of DeKalb has been pretty much sign and bumper sticker free. It's interesting.

Hope everyone can make it to the Amsterdam watch party tonight!

  • I will be Voting at lunch..

Driving in it was oddly quiet in the Republican hood where I live. Only One Mitt Romney sign and handful of Huckabee's were sighted this week. Neither lasted long, either Cobb DOT picked them up or the Ron Paul folks did.

All the Republicans voted in my office, but I didn't ask for what/whom/it was..

  • Our neighborhood is chock full of Hillary signs (including the one in my front yard). We counted about 50 yesterday. We've seen zero Obama signs, only a couple of random Ron Paul and one McCain.

  • I know the south side of 85 in west DeKalb has a bunch of Hillary signs, but we got obama08 yard signs everywhere on this side.

  • When I voted at Inman Middle school precinct, I'd say the mixture was equal parts young old and in-between. Took over an hour though, not necessarily because of high turnout so much as the pain in the ass that is voter ID checking and looking everyone up on computerized voting rolls before giving them a card to use the voting machines.

Saw lots of Hillary signs and some signholders in midtown, a couple Obama signs, lots of Ron Paul visibility too.

  • Super Tuesday is kinda boring. I guess I'll go out on the prowl again. Maybe I'll go to the Vortex and interview some tattooed libertarians. OH and have lunch!

  • whatever! so not boring, in the 35 minutes i was trapped in my car this afternoon, every, and i mean EVERY radio station i listened to was talking up voting, putting links on their webpages, even the dam traffic reporters were mentioning it...

I'm like "wtf" they don't even do this for the general!

My polling location actually had people in line waiting to pick up their ballot selection forms, that's a first. I've always been the only one there in line. Not today.

  • Yeah, but I can't just point my camera at the radio, Tim. As for street action, it seems quiet. Some hillfans, some obamaniacs...but where the frack is the Ron Paul army??? Lazy bastards.

Does Romney, McCain, or Huckabee have an office in Atlanta? I got no repubs yet. *sniff*

  • Shelby-- you must have missed the interaction on the corner of ponce and n. highland -- both Dem camps were there and it got interesting...
