Fulton Superior Ct. Rules that Atlanta Cannot Ban Guns in Parks

deadwood_gunfight_sign.jpg

Here's the AJC story, where the helpful spokesman from GeorgiaCarry.org, says you can carry a loaded shotgun into Piedmont Park.

The entire point of this law is so someone can go up to a police officer and say, that guy pulled a gun on me, and the officer can do something about it based simply upon the person having a gun without having to prove the gun was pointed at the other or that the armed person intended to create a feeling of fear or apprehension or desired money or an item of value. It's just there to make us safer.

Beware pigeons, it's on.
