Dear Campaigns and Supporters,

I realize you worked hard and put your heart and soul into your campaign efforts. I hope you all got some well deserved rest yesterday and like humpty dumpty are putting yourself back together today.

I have a simple request, would you please come back and pick up your yard signs this weekend. Unless you are in a run-off.

If you have a Nov 5th race, you need to retrieve them in order to inventory them, look them over for damage, significant wear, and store them for later placement.

Those whose campaigns have ended still need to pick them up. Nothing is more irritating than a ratty yard sign to depress me every time I drive by it. The mark of a well run campaign is to not turn a yard sign into an eyesore.

My prayers will be answered if they are gone by Sunday.
