Dear Mike Jacobs,

It's on once again.

Northeast side WALK IT OUT.

Michelle Conlon will be on the State Rep District 80 ballot as an independent opposing Mike "Opportunistic Feeder" Jacobs.

Also, this is exactly why due diligence pays off. It looks as though the Dekalb County VRO had really no backing for its initial decision other then it was the easiest thing for them to do.

  • how is an Independent going to work? I mean, can the DPG endorse her or something? otherwise, too many voters won't know what party she is.

  • I agree that it is a problem. Sounds like a case for Young Dems. Going door to door might be the only way to do it. Combined with a strong mailer and a good dem turnout, could return Mike Jacobs to his regular job, making it hard for injured people to find justice in the courtroom.

  • I don't think a DPG endorsement means much. Individuals within the organization can still donate and volunteer.

    WORD OF MOUTH!

  • It will certainly take word of mouth.... house party meetings, etc. Just use the playbook we used to get Mike elected.

Oh, I heard that Mike got pretty upset when I remarked in on the SOVO website that he would be "gay friendly" only so long as he felt it was politically useful for him in his district. The 2nd that was not the case, under the bus his support for LGBT would go!

I guess the truth hurts :)

  • I certainly hope Michelle has some good walking shoes. And I hope she's ready for the Mike Jacobs attack machine.

  • Last election, Mike's wife came to my door canvassing. Golly gee, I sure hope that happens again this year!
