Mendacity, Falseness, and Perfidy

Folks, I’m running out of ways to say this, but the McCain campaign just can’t tell the truth. Seriously. Now they have declared victory in the debate. You know, the one that’s happening tonight, several hours from now.

From the WaPo:

Although the fate of tonight’s presidential debate in Mississippi remains very much up in the air, John McCain has apparently already won it — if you believe an Internet ad an astute reader spotted next to this piece in the online edition of the Wall Street Journal this morning.

    Thanks to Ed and everyone (good witch Catherine, the troll buster)for hosting us on CIL last night. It’s hard to be a good Dem from the hinterlands, and y’all made me feel like I was right there w/you.

    Hope everyone made it home from Manuels okay, and that someone from our crew made it onto channel 11 or 46, I watched maher, so didn’t catch the local news. Anyone famous for 15 minutes today?
