Weekend Activities-OTP mostly Cobb

iconThe next few weeks will be chock full of things to do to support candidates and change. The weather is lovely, and we need your help! Here is a selection for you this weekend.

September 20 – March in the East Cobber Parade.

Participants assemble by 9:30am at the Mount Bethel Elementary School, 1210 Johnson Ferry Road, Marietta, GA 30068. (Park only in nearby shopping centers – cars not in the parade not allowed in the school parking lot.)

Cheer us from the sidelines along Johnson Ferry Rd. The parade starts at 10:00am, travels about one mile south down Johnson Ferry Rd, and ends at Fountains Of Olde Towne shopping center. Stop by the Cobb County Democrats booth at the Festival. Location: Fountains of Olde Towne Shopping Center, 736 Johnson Ferry Rd. All the local campaigns will be there. September 21- Sandy Springs Festival The North Fulton Democrats will have a booth with materials for Bill Jones in the Civic section along Sandy Springs Place NE (booth #375, alongside the Kroger shopping center parking lot located at Sandy Springs Circle and Hammond Drive).

Ongoing daily till September 28th - Volunteers (those who can work after 8:00 pm to close) are needed to staff the booth with Cobb County Democratic Committee. Volunteer here. The North Georgia State Fair takes place at Jim Miller Park in Marietta.
