Where the Youth Vote will win BIG for Democrats in 2008: part 1

In 2008, Young Democrats of Georgia is concentrating our efforts to turnout the Youth Vote in districts where the Youth Vote for Democrats will be the Margin of Victory for the Democratic Candidates. We do this through:

1. Local Chapter Membership Drives
2. Voter Registration Efforts
3. Pledge-to-Vote Drives
4. Campaign Events with Democratic Candidates
5. Community Service Events with Democratic and non-profit Organizations.

Our overall focus is simple: We get Young People to talk to other Young People about Voting and Voting for Democrats. When Young Voters turn out for Democrats, Democrats win! All of our Campaigns have a high Youth Density in Voting Population. Here are some of the races where the Young Democrats are working in 2008:

...YDG's 2008 Campaigns are below the fold...

Rome - Bob Puckett for State House District 13

Smyrna - Earl Giddins for State House District 34

Marietta - Terry Johnson for State House District 37

Chamblee/Doraville - Chris Huttman for State House District 81

Tifton - John Tibbetts for State House District 153

Kennesaw/Acworth - Jason Adams for State House District 35
