Obama leading? Seriously?

By Stefan on October 24, 2008 2:35 PM | Comments (5)

Insider Advantage has the race at Obama 48, McCain 47.

Saxby has a 2 point lead in the same poll.

Anyone know what demographic turnouts they are using?

That was in the comments. The top line poll referred to was Rasmussen's. Additionally, the poster here is asking about the percentage the poll used for AA turnout.

Also, you spelled owned wrong.

I wouldn't trust an Insider Advantage poll, they've got a spotty track record in Georgia. What I would trust is the early voting poll, an early glimpse at the "only poll that counts" and that one says Georgia's voters are 35% African-American so far and an additional 11% of voters are Democratic primary voting whites. So right there you've got at least 46% that should be pretty solid, which means McCain would have to get almost everyone else that's not in those two groups. Keep up the Hope...change is coming!
