    I saw Stacey Abrams tonight at the legislative preview. She is smart as hell and I hope she becomes Minority Leader.

    @Joshua,

    Why do you like Rashad Taylor the position? Has Rashad, or any of the candidates, shared specific ideas with you for leading the Party?

    It would be great if our leadership positions were more than a popularity contest.

    I am glad to see Brian Thomas running for a leadership position. He has been an outspoken advocate for working families from his first day. Super smart guy who stands by his convictions.

    Why would you not support Doug for Chair?

    If we’re going young (which this list looks like), I’d love to see Rashad Taylor get the V-chair position.

    I heard that too but never believed it. Not sure if it’ll be his last or not, but heard for a while he was willing to let some younger folks step up and lead the charge.

    I think that there’s a lot of potential in this list. It will be interesting to see who emerges.

    weird, right? his name was bandied about for leader last week, no?

    Do you think that Calvin NOT running for anything is the clearest signal yet that this term will be his last?

    Please God, not SBT either! *shudder* Wouldn’t she have to SHOW UP if she was in leadership? Just asking. I kinda like Rashad for the VC position.

  20. Stefan Avatar

    Vice chair looks interesting. I will bet anyone a dollar it does not go to Ralph Long.

    Thanks for the update… at least these folks don’t appear to be defecting to the GOP… lol
