Apparently, Kennesaw State University President Dr. Papp’s chances at becoming Chancellor of the University System of Georgia were hurt by the recent flap over Jessica Colotl. Melvyn L. Fein a self-described conservative academic has some strong words for Dr. Papp’s critics in this excellent op-ed in today’s Marietta Daily Journal.

That’s one of the more condescending editorials I’ve read recently. I came away thinking that if an ass like Fein – a person who believes that anyone who disagrees with him has victimized him, and that anyone who disagrees with him is wrong either because they are too young or too insulated to know better – prefers Papp, perhaps the state would be better off without him.

Yep, ever mindful of the moral reasoning that made Vichy France great, some will fault him for his actions. JMP
