Don’t Lose HOPE!

TUNE IN THIS MORNING!

Between now and Monday tune into radio, TV and the internet to learn about the proposed changes and alternatives being offered for HOPE funding.  The proposal that has passed the house makes dramatic changes to the funding and calculations for Pre-K and college scholarships.  The alternative plan maintains full-day Pre-K and scholarships for 100% of eligible students with family incomes of $140,000 or less. For the pros and cons of both proposals, please take time in the next few days to hear our elected officials talk about HOPE for the Future:

Saturday:  Senator Jason Carter debates Representative Doug Collins (the Governor’s floor leader)
11 Alive between 9-10 a.m.

Sunday:  Senator Jason Carter will be on Kudzu Vine on BlogTalkRadio at 7:00 PM.  listen online, listen by calling in (646 478-4503), or download the podcast after 8PM Sunday.

Monday:  Senator Robert Brown will be on http://www.talk920.com/.  Time is unknown, but we will update as more information becomes available.
