Being able to buy alcohol in Dunwoody on sundays could have a major impact on the balance of the Senate post-2012.

Also I await (and will not read) the inevitable prognosticating over the manufactured national implications of local elections.

Muddy night. Locally in Bartow we luckily passed SPLOST to continue and the Liquor on Sunday. But we lost Mayor Dexter Jones in Kingston. He was doing great things and getting sorely needed stuff done, but evidently not enough for our benighted locals. We had a fundraiser for him last Sat. at a new restaurant he helped to bring to town.
But OH was sweet, and so was this:

Well, maybe not “now”, but it passed, so in the near future.

We can now buy alcohol on Sunday in Valdosta!

Looks like Ohio voters have overturned the Republican attempts to crush organized labor in that state.
Next step: Recall Scott Walker in Wisconsin.
