Secretary of State Brian Kemp has apparently began drinking the Birther Kool-Aid, responding to Mr. Jablonski’s letter saying that “If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the …proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”

So I posted this story to one of the message boards I read. Some of the legit crazy conservatives still can’t believe that a judge ordered Obama to his courthouse over this. Even though I’ve said it in the thread several times. And some of these dudes are LEGIT birthers.

Forgotten history. More in the 19thC., and only the 1st 10 Presidents would be declared ‘invalid’ under whatever nebulous rule that seems to be applied here. JMP

Dear DoJ, Please consider this response as more evidence for a much needed reconsideration of your pre-clearance of the Ga. new redistricting maps, and this abdication of duty as a prima facie example of an existing hostile and discriminatory racial environment. Thanks. JMP

This does not mean he’s with the birthers. You have to explain what would happen if one chooses not to participate. What would have been better?
