HOPE
I’ve been remiss in blogging the flurry of information coming out of the Senate Democratic Caucus as they fight valiantly to save the HOPE Scholarship. Below is the latest video featuring the always awesome Sen. Jason Carter. Democrats are offering better solutions to save HOPE, but the GAGOP prefers to play partisan politics. House and Senate Dems have been doing amazing work this year. The Senate Caucus is online this year in a big way. Like them on facebook here, or find them online there. Share the love and support.

Might be some interesting news on HOPE soon that might save the entire program and reimburse all that were shorted…
Well, it must be something if it got MOTS back to the keyboard.
Something big will happen to HOPE this session.
You’ll have to be more specific if you want to hold the title.
People will not like what I say…
Remarkably prescient already actually. Let’s make it easier for everyone. The kids that actually need Hope scholarships will be stuck subsidizing those who don’t really need it. So once again the 80% will be stuck suffering at the expense of the richer upper 20%. SSDD. Then the whole thing will go bust not too soon afterwards. Predictably too. See here for the larger view:
