Sen. Rogers is betting on your stupidity. He’s pretty darn sure you are supposed to overlook the hit you upside the face obvious about his “acting” and his real estate investments and not conclude something about them stinks.

It’s not just his political enemies that have a problem with him, the ALEC Exposed folks are keeping tabs as well.

I love how his Wikipedia entry has already been updated, but his website is “coming soon”.

My Jersey roots are fascinated by the whole Johnny DeMarco character, it’s like they went here  or did this.  In fact Jay Bookman already made this connection last summer.

So voters in Senate District 21, whatcha going to do July 31st? We’re all “betting” you do the right thing.

Rogers most recently made comments on the April 20th, 2012 Martha Zoller show (he was hosting) that were anti-gambling. Haven’t been able to find a recording of that.

We missed 2 things here, One is the original Alt Unfiltered backgrounder story here that did much of the real digging:

And 2, goodness, it does appear that Z is still gainfully employed after his stint @ TP. Always good to hear about the younger set. JMP

“No one ever went broke underestimating the taste of the American public.” the Balt. sage, H.L. Mencken. And forever perennially proven correct every election season. But bless his crooked lying ‘lil heart. JMP

Has he made any statements whereby he opposes gambling in all forms (not just in this state) or.. I mean, what is the issue?

I promise to always use it when I post about Rogers. For some reason I think it’s evocative of the Senator.
