Daniel (no longer) Needs a Kidney
Tomorrow, November 1, 2012, my our friend, Daniel Fullerton, will be getting his long-awaited kidney.
Please keep him, his donor, and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We all know he’s going to kick kidney failure’s ass.
However, Daniel’s bills are about to skyrocket. You know, because kidney transplants are not often cheap <insert argument in favor of socialized medicine here>. Please give to Daniel’s Kidney Slush Fund. All joking aside, seriously, give. I know I will.
And now, a comical photo.
If you enjoyed this article, please consider sharing it!

Thank you for this post! I know that many people are keeping Daniel in out thoughts and prayers as he recovers.
If you hear of anything we can do to help, anything…please let us know!
best news I’ve heard all month (I would say year, but Daniel & Katie’s wedding was good news too).
Anyone else having problems with the Donate link? Or is it just me?
As the father of the Daniel and one of the parental units who taught him his (D)emocrat values, and as one of the frequent contributors to the Daniel Fullerton Transplant (Slush) Foundation account, I want to thank all who have encouraged, supported, and contributed over the last three years.
@Lee… our thoughts are certainly with you, Daniel’s mother and Katie all along these difficult months.
Congratulations and good luck!
I’m also having trouble with the donate link, where when I click it, a login screen comes up. If I simply go to:https://www.gatransplant.org/ and make a donation directly there and mark it for Daniel, will that ensure he gets the funds?
The contribution link is working again!
